I've rented in L.A. for years! You will not find value like this anywhere else!

We prefer this complex for the appearance of common grounds and the pool!

I have been a resident for the past 2 years. I must say that since the time of my move-in here, there has been some improvement in the attitude of the consultants and the overall maintenance of the place. In particular, one of the leasing consultants has been very accommodating, polite and courteous. He has had a very professional demeanor during all of my conversations. Overall my stay here has been very pleasant.

Overall it has been good experience. I like the location of the apartment, it is near to major shopping center, grocerries, freeway's. It is convinient!!

Great complex. Some of the units (including mine) needs serious updating. But all in all, I love my unit. I have a one-bedroom with loft - the loft can be used as a bedroom. It also has a roof top deck with access from the loft. That in itself is lovely.

Large apartments with AC. Really nice grounds and landscaping.

My experience at Playa Summit has been a very positive one. The leasing agents as well as the maintenance staff are so nice and friendly. They take very good care of me and respond promptly to any issues I have. I have recommended many friends and co-workers.

Great community, spacious apartment, great neighborhood love the area. Only few minor problems in my apartment but once i told the workers were very prompt to fix and handle what i asked. great customer service and security around the community

It is very nice and good community to live. Especially common ground and grassy area. There is very little disturbance, calm, good office staff and quick response on the maintanance service. Good Exercise equipment ... Overall very satisified with the apartment

Playa Summit is an excellent place to rent in. Pools, spas, GYM, the landscape are just awesome and being maintained properly. 24/7 security is available to feel you always secured in the community. This is just 2 miles away from LAX Airport.

I enjoy the recreational facilities and the community feel. I feel there could be improvements to the building and apartments, but they are minimal. Overall, I would recommend the development to a friend. Thanks.

With residential real estate values escalating like no other time I can recall, Playa Summit was a terrific find for my family. The locale is convenient to so many remarkable residential neighborhoods, shopping centers and business. Both management and maintenance staffs are tops at what they do. Affordability, satisfaction and security are priorities, to name a few.

I was nervous because of the reviews.. But I have been here for 2 years now. I am a single young lady and I feel very safe in this community. The location is great and the staff is helpful. I love it here. I will renew my lease at the end of my term. mmc

This is a well kept, quiet and secure residence that I enjoy. We have been here for approximately 6 months and have enjoyed the tranquility of our residence. It is very quiet at night and our neighbors are friendly. I would recommend Playa Summit to my friends and family. The only problems we have had have been minor and the staff has been kind and courteous in dealing with whatever issue we have had.

Wanted an apartment in Playa del Rey, was looking for a place within a bike ride to the beach and I found it!

4/4/2017 Verified Resident Amazing. The property is well maintained, guards are on too of everything, not to mention friendly. Staff are professional and friendly as well. I would suggest though a place for children to play like playground to be kids friendly community.

The maintenance techs did a great job and were very professional. Maintenance service is the biggest asset of the Heights!!

My move in experience was great, thanks to the leasing consultant! He was awesome and made the process a lot less stressful and painful than it could have been. I couldn't have done it without him!

So far so good. A little noisy since our apartment faces the 405, but it is definitely an upgrade from our last apartment. Super cozy! Even our one bedroom is pretty spacious and our kitties love having so much room to run around. It is a perfect newly married home.

Absolutely in love with Playa Summit. We were attracted by the beautiful community, amenities, and newly renovated unit. Not to mention the value for everything we are getting!

The leasing manager is the only person I have come across that indeed enjoys doing his job such that it makes one wish there were more people like him employed in the same capacity. The leasing manager is truly an asset to your company.

Here is an update on my earlier review. The community has been getting constantly updated despite the fact that there are 600+ apartments and it is realistically impossible to keep everything updated at all times. The manager has come across as a very accommodating person as well. I am thankful for the help extended by her when I was in a difficult situation.

Great place to say. Safe, secure, and with great pools and fitness center. Renovation has further improved the place. Maintenance is super quick to respond and resolve issues. Location is very near to Airport, malls and beaches making it easy to roam around.
